After a very very long hiatus (8 weeks!) I finally did a workout. I just got finished with a 25 minute full body workout that nearly killed me. Yep, that's right, the 5 minute warm up just about had me on the floor. Then we did this whatever-its-called thing where we do a push up off of dumb bells and then pull back one at a time for a triceps row. push up, left row, right row for one...15 reps! UGH!!! I'm sure my form wasn't even in the vicinity of nearly perfect, but I did it! I have to admit though, I skipped 10 of the legs up and out crunches...are you kidding me?!?!?!
